Illustrated Type & Font

Type:I have experimented with several materials when producing roughs for my type. I like the appearance of the crayon as it has a youthful appearance. It also reminds me of when bees swarm together, this was mentioned by the clients on initial visit.

Using a paint tool within Photoshop, I have produced my final titles for each page. I decided to write these in all capital to give them more prominence on the pages.

Font: When adding each form of information I intend to use the Helvetica Neue font (as seen below) which is the preferred choice in the The Hive's guidelines. This will work alongside my hand rendered type.
